Dynamic cupping is the application of silicone cups to a specific area of the body, integrating massage/gliding. Dynamic Cupping should incorporate both passive and active range of motion and sometimes cups are stationary while massage therapist work on other areas. It is the safest intake form of cupping and the least to leave a mark for so long or to leave a mark at all. The main benefit of cupping is to release fascia and to encourage blood flow to the area for a faster recovery.
