Insurance Providers

We are happy to provide direct billing to most benefits providers for the convenience of our clients. Most extended health benefit plans will cover our services in full or in part. Please review your plan to learn more about your coverage. 

A physician referral is also required by some insurance companies.

If your insurance company is not listed, I can also provide official receipts for insurance reimbursement.
